What's for dinner?

The other day I was talking with Andrea and asked her what she was making for dinner. Her answer, "I don't know. I was going to ask you the same thing." We then proceeded to discuss how we enjoy cooking but struggle with what to make and find ourselves making the same things. We decided to make menu's for the week to see if that helped-- It totally does. So after talking to her tonight I told her I would post the last couple weeks menu's. Week 1 1- Steaks with Pasta salad and creamy fruit salad 2- Sesame Chicken Wraps with fried rice 3- Ravioi's with homemade vegetable marinara, salad and garlic bread 4- BBQ Pork sandwiches with broccoli salad and fruit 5- Marinated BBQ chicken with baked yams and wild rice 6- Leftovers! Weeek 2 1- Beef Fajitas with fiesta rice and chips & salsa 2- Grilled Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and Italian vegetables 3- Crispy Chicken with honey-glazed carrots and mandarin salad 4- Hamburgers with potato salad and fruit 5- Chicken & Zuccini Bobbali pizza with salad and jell-o 6- Mustard and Garlic crusted Pork Tenderloin with asparagus & mushrooms and rolls If any look enticing, let me know and I'll email the recipe to you!

K- missy, you said we could ask for recipes...I'm desperate! I would love recipes for the Sesame Chicken Wraps, BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Broccoli Salad, Chicken & Zuccini Bobbali pizza, Mustard and Garlic crusted Pork Tenderloin and Asparagus & Mushrooms. You are so wonderful to share. I keep a calendar of what we have and try not to repeat for two or three months BUT it gets tricky and doesn't always happen.

And is this Andrea Keller you are talking about? Dang, I can't view her blog. ;(

I don't think it's fair that you entice us with the yummy titles, and keep the recipes all to yourself . . . :)

Would you please share the recipes for:

Sesame Chicken Wraps with fried rice, BBQ Pork sandwiches with broccoli salad, Marinated BBQ chicken, Italian vegetables,
Crispy Chicken with honey-glazed carrots and mandarin salad, Mustard and Garlic crusted Pork Tenderloin with asparagus & mushrooms.

Thanks!

Wow. My meals sure seem like uh...PBJ and mac and cheese compared to your. Holy cow. I would love any recipes as I cook the same things every week. You think I am joking? Just ask Zeb.

OK Cindy girl, we may have talked meal planning, but you are way out of my league. These meals sound like a restaurant, that or you need to just start your own cooking class/show. Thanks for sharing the recipes.

Hey Tina--you're invited! Don't get too excited. It's just a travel log. Miss you. I'm enjoying your calling, but still learning.
