End May

May 20th
A break in the rain clouds meant one thing--
The first swim of the season!

Isabel loved the water and was much braver than her brother :)

Fun had by both!

By the end of last summer Isaac was 99% swimming on his own. I'm hoping after a few times he'll get back into the swings of things cause holy cow- he was an emotional disaster!

May 21st
HAPPY TRAILS
New World Day School end of year performance
Checking out the scenery and backdrops!

She may or may not have tried to take the scenery with her!!

THIS Cowboy- melts. my. heart.

Well, howdy partner!

These two are hit and miss. They either love each other or trying to strangle each others. So glad I caught a good moment on camera!!

Cutest kids! Cutest teachers! Cutest Daisy Dog!

Front and center and ready to preform!

I was SOO proud of him. He did GREAT.

"And I love you!"

He was very in to each and every move!

And clearly, VERY proud of himself. He insisted on his pants being tucked into his boots- so he could see them of course!! He told Isabel that morning before we left for school, "Isabel, you will love to see me on the stage!" This kid. I tell ya... he is something else.

May 22nd
A surprise package from Auntie Jenny
Isabel has her very own dress up clothes! Meet the cutest Queen Ann and...

The sweetest tiniest Princess Aurora! She was so excited!! Thanks Auntie Jen!!

Memorial Day
May 26th
Krispy Kreme- the newest hit in our neck of the woods. Isaac was beyond excited to go to the "Donut Factory!"
He looks like such a gomer- a cute gomer-but gomer non the less!!

Then we took a pink donut to Atticus.

And played for a bit.
Isaac has been very, hmmm, curious, I guess? Very concerned with when he is going to get cancer. If he will die from cancer. Is Atticus okay now? It's one thing for my heart to hurt, but it's a whole other ball game when your kids hurt. You will frequently hear in his prayers, "Im thankful that Jesus can take care of Atticus."

Notice a few nibbles taken out of it- those stinkin' siblings!! Bugging him even when he's gone :)

Kisses to Heaven-

Kisses to Heaven-

I LOOOOVE it when we see that Atticus' special spot has had visitors!
Thank you friends!

We also noticed a new "racer." Not sure if it was from the same family but again, thank you.

I told Isabel it was time to go, and all on her own, she ran back to give his picture one last kiss.

I know that Memorial Day is dat to remember and honor those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, to which I am SO grateful for, but we also remember the other warriors who showed bravery in other forms. We love you sweet boy. This time of year is so very hard.

Pool Party
Our good friend's the Grady's just built their dream pool oasis- It is AMAZING. Unfortunately this has been one of the most rainy springs Texas has seen in a long time. But come heck or high water, Kevin was going to have a Memorial Day Pool Party!! Who needs sunshine? Not us.
Isabel and Reagan were happy eating their Cheetos's and looking adorable!

Oh my goodness I love her.

And him! He swam for a tiny bit-- he does NOT do cold well.

Isn't their waterfall amazing?!?!

Isabel however, did not mind the cold and was ticked that we wouldn't let go of her.

Isabel and Blake warming up! Blake is such a cute kid and will have a baby sister very soon!
I was fighting emotions the entire time so I pretty much stuck to the background but it was fun to watch and hear the happy voices! Thanks for the fun time Grady's!

May 28th
Last Day of Preschool- but first... ... ...

Rewind to September 2014- Isaac's first day of preschool.

Mrs. Cherry, we ADORE you. You are the best teacher this world has ever and will every know.
We love love LOVE you.

A little something for his friends.

A little something for his AMAZING teachers. (A box of See's Chocolates)

Mrs. Cherry's 3-4 year old class- 2015

May 29th
LEGO LAND- Discovery
"Moooom-- I just want to go in already!!"

He got to help turn the machine on!

Isaac and Auntie Jenny, battling the Ogres to protect the golden dragon eggs!

Isabel LOVED the Lego Animals

Almost baby girl... you can almost reach!

Isaac adores Auntie Jenny and has her running from sun up to sun down.

Ninja training- they had to jump over or climb under green lasers.
Isaac was in heaven. This is his "ninja face" apparently.

Driving the police car ALL by himself. It took him a time or two around the block to get the hang of it then he was all smiles! He loved every second and asks me a billion times when we can go back.

My cousin Paul and his cute wife Lindsey came in from Florida to get this cute little guy, Benjamin, surgery on his hand. This kid is a TROOPER. He had a full cast- elbow covering his entire hand, and the kid didn't even bat an eye. Surgery was that morning at 8am and they were back to our house by 6pm and the kid was outside picking up balls with his newly casted (operated just hours prior) hand. Even though it was an emotional week for me, with Atticus, and them, with Benjamin's surgery, it was so great to hang out and visit.

Not that we want Benjamin to have surgery again, but COME BACK soon!!

This little princess was also very spoiled by her Auntie Jenny!

May is always a tough one. I am so glad to have an amazing family and amazing friends to help us get through it. I am so so grateful for our eternal family. That Eric, Atticus, Isaac, Isabel, and baby #4 will always be mine. That we are only separated for a time.

Thank you family and friends for carrying us through. We love you.

And to YOU Mr. Atticus... I love you more than words can say, I can't wait to get to Heaven and hold you for ever and ever and ever. We will race cars. Play golf. Ride bikes. Look for treasure. And I'll never ever let go. I love you sweet boy.
