Packing up and Heading out...

Tomorrow morning we are headed to Utah for a BYU game and then off to California to pay Mickey and Minnie a visit. So I'm getting the blog caught up and getting outta here. Prepare for picture overload in about 10 days!!

Little miss climbs ALL over the place.

She's a cutie-patootie.

CowGirl Coolz... Grand Opening!! Shay... it was delicious!

May I recommend the Island Burst?!

The cool treat was topped off with a few hay barrel jumps!

September 13-- Isaac got his cavities filled.
It did NOT got so well. I take that back he did good for the first part but ohhhh my goodness. The back half, let's just say this, we had to stop because he was screaming and kicking and trying to punch the dentist. Not because it hurt mind you but because he "didn't like the taste."

Thankfully once home he was back to his happy wild self and we later hit the tennis courts.

Sissy and I were very good cheerleaders.

I love how athletic my boys are. It is so fun.

Isn't he so cute? Love that boy.

Her first time getting to do something other than swing!

Isaac spying on the big kids playing volleyball. He wanted to play so badly.

There's hope. She may just walk after all. She's pretty funny with it. She will push the lion as far out as possibly, practically fall then, but start to move her little feet.

I love watching them together.

Soccer practice got rained out and Isaac was so upset. Thankfully it wasn't raining in our neck of the woods so we had our own practice.

September 18th
A VERY big day at the Hansen House. Isaac drew an "I" for the first time all by himself.

According to Isaac:
* "Wuh- Wuh- Isaac!" (He can spell his name and write "I" but we clearly need to work on letter sounds, it was so cute!)
* "But look Mom!!! Tears are running down my nose!" (He was crying about something
I can't remember if I posted these next two or not. Sorry if its a repeat.
* (I had put him to bed and was munching on zucchini bread, then heard a, "Mooooooom. I have to go poooooootttttyyyy.") SO, I went upstairs and he said, "Mom? What did you just ate? I smell a cookie in your tummy!"
* We were at the luncheon after sweet Caleb's funeral, when Leah's sister overheard a conversation between the kids. One of the kids was gently and sweetly talking about Atticus to Isaac and said that he was dead and with Heavenly Father. When Isaac very firmly stated, "No He's NOT. His Spirits alive down from Heaven." I made my heart so happy that he remembers what I say about Atticus. I tell him that yes Atticus lives with Heavenly Father but he is always in our hearts. That his spirit is alive and watching over us.
* Out of the blue he said, "Aaaaaticuuuuus! I have a surprise for you!"

..Atticus in 2010..
He LOVED his cars. He got this train table for his 1st birthday. I can count on one hand the times he actually played trains on it. It was all about cars. We drove them. Set them up. Ate lunch with them.

This was at my Dad's Christmas party. Such a sweet sweet boy.

One of our many visits to the pet store to play with the puppies!

He loved to "read" the Book of Mormon. Sure love and miss that boy.
