Company

February 28th- March 4th
Jacie, my niece, had a cheer competition in Dallas so we got to have the whole family in town for a quick weekend. We LOVE LOVE LOVE when family comes in town!!

Jacie.. Isabel.. Kennedy.. Jenny

Isaac was so excited to play with his cousins and wanted to save the chalk paint he got for his birthday for when they got here!

Wagon ride to the pond!

Uncle Matt caught a fish! VERY exciting.

Competition Time....
I have NEVER in my life seen so many cheerleaders. It was SO much fun.

Isabel preparing for her future in competitive cheer ;) Just kidding... Eric's already put his foot down on that. Party pooper!!

SUPER CUTE Jacie. She did awesome.

We love you Jacer's. You did GREAT.

After the competition, we headed to The Great Wolf Lodge for an overnight stay!

Lazy river with daddy.

Seriously?!?! I could eat her up! Don't you love her "Blue and Orange Atticus suite?!"

He had SO much fun.

His new shark towel from Auntie Jenny! He was showing me his mean shark face.

Thankfully the mean shark turned nice!

My sweet little sleeping Pudge-Pudge!

He LOOOOOVED the water slide! Such a big boy. I was so proud of him.

My kids and I are early risers, so we got "hot vanilla steamers" and walked around the hotel.

Then hit up the arcades!

After breakfast we got our suits back on and hit the water park again before check out time!

Eric is such a good dad. Isaac just loves him.

We checked out around noon, then the Bradley's went back to the competition and we headed home to get the kids a good nap.

We got double lucky because Sarah and Shad (Eric's youngest sister and hubby) were also in Texas (March 2nd-8th) and got here the night before. So we called them as soon as we got home and told them to head on over. That night I made some yummy Lasagna and we had a house full of family. And I LOVED every minute of it.

COWBOY STADIUM
Monday March 3rd
Monday morning we did a tour of the Dallas Cowboy Stadium. FYI do NOT ask Siri for directions to the "Cowboy Stadium." You will end up at a high school stadium in Coppell. We totally missed our 10am tour but thankfully got in to the 11am group :). I should NEVER EVER be put in charge of directions.

Isabel's cheeks are almost as big as the TV screen!

I love her so much. She makes me so happy. She is so so good and go with the flo.

This picture makes me laugh. Jacie, Kennedy, and Fischer, were wanting their pictures taken here or there so Isaac stood by the football pictures on the right and said, "I want my picture too!" By the time I  had gotten out my phone he had scooted over to this picture and the kids told him to stick out his arms. He never even looked where he was standing, but we all had a good laugh!

Jenny.. Kennedy.. Jacie.. Isabel..

Isaac and Uncle Matt are buds.

Isaac and Fischer.

The tour ended in the post-game conference room. Shad gave us an incredible speech. We really love this guy. And really really hope they move to Texas!! My fingers AND toes are crossed.

A little Monday night bowling!!

Tuesday morning we got donuts and went to the cemetery.

We love you Atticus. It's always a tender moment when family get's to "see you."

The Bradley's had to leave for the airport after that (March 4th). We are always sad to see them go. It was a very fun filled weekend. We love you guys!! Thanks for coming.

Shad and Sarah went to San Antonio for Tuesday to Thursday so it was just me and the kids for a couple days. Thursday Isaac went to preschool and Isabel accompanied me to see Ms. Kay to get my hair done! She is seriously such a good baby.... I love you Izzy-Bizzy. xoxoxo

We were so glad to keep Shad and Sarah for a few more days! I LOVED getting one on one time with them. Thursday night Eric and Shad went to a hockey game and Sarah and I had a girls night.... meaning, I fell asleep on the couch at 9pm waking up at 10pm saying, "Saraaaaaah! I fell asleep." She laughed and said, "Yah, I went to the bathroom and your were out!"Im such a party animal!!
Friday we took them to our favorite BBQ place that just happened to be spotlighted on 'Diners, Drive-in's and Dives,' ... Pecan Lodge. Oh so yummy.

Saturday morning, March 8th, Isabel had her first taste of rice cereal/oatmeal.

I had a very handsome helper!

Not a fan...

Of all my babies, time is flying the fastest with Isabel. It makes me so sad. I want the happy time with her to slow down. (And the party without Atticus to hurry up!).

Fort Worth Stockyards...
It was freezing! Our family thought they were going to come to Texas and escape the Utah winter...

"Giddyup Lightnin'"

Waiting for the Longhorn Cattle Drive.

I knew it was going to be cold but not as cold as it was so we bundled up little Miss Isabel as best we could. I ended up taking her to the car to feed her and get her warm then we ate lunch!

Atticus LOVED watching the Cattle Drive and wanted to go every time we had a new visitor come. It was the first time I had been since he left us. A tender moment. I kept saying in my head, "I love you Atticus" Over and Over.

A little bull ridin'

Isaac was too little but was able to sit on the bull to get a picture.

Ready for church!
Pretty cute kiddo's!

More tries with rice cereal...

She sucks her thumb while eating, just like her brothers.

Isaac July 2011

Atticus April 2008

She figured out the spoon on the third day, March 10th.

Unfortunately, she's still not a fan.

Although closer to 6 months, she's still the cutest little peanut ever.

St. Patty's package from Grandma and Pop Pop!

Isabel is the sweetest thing. I love her so much. She makes me feel so loved. She always greets me with a smile, loves to snuggle, and loves to be kissed a billion times!! She loves to extend her arm out, turning her wrist and watches her hand and fingers move and is constantly eating her hands.

THIS BOY... holy cow. He has me laughing, yawning,  wanting to scream, kissing his face off, and remembering how exhausting and entertaining Atticus was. Boys are WILD It's a good things he's so stinkin' cute! The older he gets the more and more he reminds us of Atticus.

These "gloves" were his biker gloves!! Super cool.

According to Isaac:
- (Isaac ate the last "Mike 'n Ike) said in a very sympathetic voice, "Dad, I wish I could share with you, but I ate them all!"
- He is on a BIG TV kick right now, and for the most part, I limit how much he can watch, so when he if he can watch a show and I say no, he will say, "Can you say yes mom? Say yes?!"
- If we are having a debate.... he says, "Mom! Mom! Listen to me! Can you listen to me..."
- "Mom, Can I watch a movie (holding up his pointer finger) or a show (holding up his pinky)... what do you choose mom?"
- His friend was over the other day and they were fighting over a toy, "Friend, I know you don't want to share, but you have to!"
- "Mom? Can we go to Subway Train for lunch?" (Subway)
- "Mom after I wake up from my nap, it will be fall and we will go to Disneyland!!"
- "After Im 3, I will be 21!"

Saturday night, March 15th-

It was an 80's theme surprise party and Kaity's  hubby rented a total blast from the past roller-skating rink! Eric said it could have been the one he went to growing up! Lot's of us hands with the decor and food. I made the signs and audio cassette banner...

Kaity's sister Annie, made these food thingy (brain cramp and can't think of what it is called). Melted records... how cool is that?!

Annie also made this candy tower from audio cassette candy container.

Aaaaand, this awesome photo backdrop!

Our totally radical 80's gear!

Kevin and Leslie!

Jene and Matt

Eric paid the $3 bucks to rock some blades and relived his "too cool for school past!!" Aren't his cut off jean shorts awesome?!

Oh heeeeck yes!!
