Sweet little Johanna passed away last night.
Please pray for her family as they try to find peace in this heartbreaking situation.
I have spent the morning in tears but am trying to remember that Johanna, along with Atticus, Oliver, Dylan, Rex, and Sadie... are healthy, happy, and having the best play date ever!

I wish I knew the right words to say. I never feel that words would be adequate to console the loss of anybody's beautiful sweet child. I am so sorry. We will be praying for all of the families whose sweet children will be attending that playdate. We are thinking of you and praying especially for their family and of course your family as well. We love you.
Emotional couple of weeks for you, sweetie. Such great and humbling pictures with the game and the walk. What an amazing support you have. I loved the comments you made about Eric too. We are very blessed to have such amazing men by our side.
And sweet Johanna... I am glad you had the chance to visit her before she passed. She impacted my life greatly in a short time. It will never be easy to know these little ones and love them as they fight so bravely, knowing the potential outcome. But as hard as it is, we are better for having them in our lives. Her family is blessed to have you there. I love the thought of the angel playdate! I wish I could get a glimpse. She indeed had some great friends there to welcome her home. Big hugs - We love you guys.
So heartbreaking...I can't express what I feel for you and how I hurt for you, for Johanna's family, and for all the families of these amazing spirits. My prayers are with you all. I so badly wanted to come give you a hug this morning as soon as I got your text about Johanna, but my bum leg prevented me from doing so, but please know I am always praying for you. You're always in my thoughts. These special fighters are always in my heart--I love your thought of them having a play date in heaven--that brings joy to me through the tears. Xo

I just read of another little dipg angel, Stella, she got her angel wings last night. How sad! For such a rare form of cancer, i feel like i have read more and more about little ones that have it! Very heartbreaking. Thinking of you all often. God bless
