30 week ultrasound...
The baby was sucking on its toes and hands almost the entire time and was elbows to knee's scrunched up. I had to lay on my side with both me and the ultrasound tech poking around to get this side shot of the babies face! Isn't it so sweet? I am SO excited for this little one to come.
September 3rd
Croup... It came fast and thankfully left pretty fast.
Poor little thing was just miserable. She got a shot of steroids and a breathing treatment.
Once we got to go home, she slept for FOUR hours. Was miserable the rest of the day but thankfully woke up feeling not cured but a whole lot better. Croup is sooo awful.

Isaac is doing AMAZING in school. I was so so sooo worried. When he came home super excited about their first "Fun Friday" activity: frosting cookies, I dang near cried. This kid is so attached to me and would cry every time we even talked about school and that he had (his words) to stay for lunch this year.
He goes M-W-F 9am-2pm, I know that seems like a lot, it does/did to me too, but keep in my folks, kindergarten in Texas is ALL STINKIN' DAY. Ugh! We have to really prep this kid.... If anyone would like to fund private kindergarten for Isaac so he can go half days, let me know!
Anyway, he has done great. Like amazingly well and I am just beaming inside. I may have shed a tear or two while talking to Eric on the phone about it (he calls right after Isaac gets home from school so they can talk about his day!).
As I have mentioned and posted 5 billion times already, September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month and my amazing sister-in-law, Bethany, posted this on her neighborhoods HOA Facebook page...
Stuff like this means so much to me. I will admit that a pinch of me feels guilty because I'm not the one to doing stuff like this, but I have to be honest realistic and patient with myself and realize that, I can only do the best I can and sometimes Im just not strong enough to do everything I'd like to. Hopefully, I will someday, but as of now, just making it through September with the reminder that we are a part of this heartbreaking small group and that our sweet Atticus isn't here with us, is all I can handle... Hence, my gratefulness for family and friends who willingly and selflessly do these amazing things in honor of our sweet brave boy.
Bethy-girl, we love you. So very very much. Your actions dedication and love for Atticus pulls at my heartstrings. You have always and will always hold a special place in Atti-bugs heart. As in ours. Thank you for doing this for him, and me. And thank you to those who helped her, it reminds me of this scripture,
" When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God."
Mosiah 2:17
She got a great turn out and have had her neighbors ask when she will be doing it again!!

Surprise package from Grandpa Hansen!!! Made. My. Day. Lance has an incredibly green thumb. His garden is one to be envious of. And dang-it all, it seems that we always travel to Utah when his amazing tomatoes just aren't quite ready to be eaten, it kills me every time. So when this very special package came, I seriously was flipping out with excitement. Eric and Isaac looked at my like I was a crazy person, which I am, but holy cow, was I excited. Each one was in perfect shape and delicious. Lance you are the BEST!
We are getting close to paying of student loans and had rearranged our budget a bit. Unfortunatley that meant cutting out cable. As we all know, we are big time BYU fans, which meant that, the budget needed to be stretched so we could add cable. For football season, it wasn't connected yet so daddy and kiddo's watched it in the office on the computer. I tried to prep Isaac and Isabel, reminding them that, "Daddy gets a little 'cookoo' when he watches the Cougs play, so don't get scared when he starts yelling and cheering!"
The Cougars did not disappoint. Daddy did not disappoint. And the kids, taken back by his, we will call it enthusiasm :), went around the house the rest of the day saying, "Dad gets a little, "cookoo cookoo!" Got to love football season!!!! We sure do.
Side note: I love that all our friends know that we are die-hards for the Cougars. Immediately after BYU's incredible win, I got multiple texts from them asking: Is Eric breathing... Did he survive... Did he wet his pants... Is that yelling coming from your house? :). Watching Eric watch football is one of my favorite things (when they win of course, the kids and I hide if they loose. Jk. Kind of.), his excitement is contagious and makes me happy to see him so happy.

Post church sword fight.
Secret agent Isabel... I feel like I should explain myself :). Yes my daughter is naked a lot and here is why, the girl will NOT wear a stinkin' bib. It doesn't matter what kind I buy, she is Houdini and gets them off, ruining her clothes, so I opt to strip her down when she eats, but then we get playing, and.... close are overrated anyway.

"Grandma? Can you make me a burp cloth?!" AKA, loin cloth!!!
His dreams came true!
"Look Mom!!!! It helps me climb!"
Oh my Tarzan Nephi loving boy.
September 8th
His first soccer practice of the season. GO LIONS!!!
We were able to go through Sunnyvale this year, Upwards Soccer, and have 3 friends on our team!!
September 9th
Shopping with these two cute girls... who at the moment either love each other or are screaming at each other. Reagan is and entire year older than Isabel, the two of them together crack me and Leslie up. Reagan is rather tall for her age, Isabel is rather small, but for whatever reason, Reagan let teeny tiny Isabel boss her around and it baffles us. I guess Isabel makes up her lack of height in sass.
Window markers from Auntie Jenny.
September 10th
ALL GIRL-- crown. cell. purse. baby. stroller. And attitude! Have I mentioned she got attitude for days and days and days?
Isabel likes to do her "homework" just like Isaac. She actually holds the pen almost perfectly. It super cute to see her tiny little hands wrapped around the pen.
September 12th
Isaacs first soccer game!
He was pumped and ready to go.
Unfortunately, he was much more interested in watching his shadow then watching the ball.
The other day was "Teddy Bear Day" at school. Isaac brought his green beanie baby soccer bear and named it...
"ShaT" not to be confused with "ShaD" Im sure Mrs. Hreha things we talk like a bunch of sailors in our house. Holy Cow Isaac. The thins you come up with.
September 18th
Isabel and I were running errands the other day and stopped in at Sees.
She thoroughly enjoyed her chocolates!
Daddy-Son Rangers game. Rangers took a second to the cotton candy :)
My friend sent me this pic she took... little goof troop.

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY ISABEL
I can't believe this little 7 lb 4 oz baby girl is now TWO.
I had no idea she would bring us the happiness she does that she would spark part of my heart that I thought was gone forever. Atticus knew what he was talking about and he knew we needed this sassy little thing in our lives.
One of my favorite pictures. It was her 5 day old check up.
The girl had a major shoe collection from the beginning.
Chubby cheeks. Pouty lips. Chubby arms. LOVE
I love how she twisted her wrist back when she sucked her thumb as a baby.
Another favorite picture.
I miss this little thing.
This picture cracks me up every time I see it. Full of emotion!
Thunder thigh love.
My red headed girl, now blond. Traitor.
9 month photo shoot.
Oh this girl!!
Double piggies. Double Babies.
Arboretum fun.
Peek-a-boo!
Future BYU cheerleader.
Cutest gift EVER.
One year old photo shoot.
Happy birthday you cute patootie.
Shoes are for hands. Not feet.
Sibling love.
Happy girl.
Pink eggs. Pink toes.
Bluebonnets
Love this one.
My messiest eater.
Crown. Purse. Stroller. Baby. Cell.
She's ready to go.
She loves to dress up and LOVES "Frozen."
HENCE...
Her 2nd birthday party was "Frozen" themed.
I set everything up the night before, because I'm OCD :)
Then realized I better hide the gifts because Isaac has an 9 am soccer game and I knew we wouldn't have time to open gifts before the game. So I tucked the presents under the table.
It was the cutest thing. As I got Isabel up and was walking her down the stairs, she saw the decorations and excitedly screamed, "WOW!!!" "Yook mamma! Yook!"
She was SO excited.
She's TWO.
Happy Birthday baby girl. We love love love you.
Remember when I said I hid the gifts? Guess who found them right before we walked out the door for Isaac game.
Eric and I got her a "shopping cart."
Then she just kept pulling out gift after gift!
The wrapping paper is was very exciting!
VERY exciting!
Oh baby girl. How we love you.
She was so happy about her gift. And shopped all over the house!!
Whoohoo!!!
BIRTHDAY INTERMISSION
Goooo Lions!
Isaac did a great job!
Go Isaac. Go!
He was hustling and actually watched the ball!
Taking a little breather.
BACK TO THE BIRTHDAY GIRL
After Isaac's soccer game we went to get birthday donuts then headed home to open her birthday presents...
Isaac got her and Elsa and Anna dolls.
LOVE this picture. The Trevino's got her a princess set. She literally screamed!
She definitely has her mommas level of excitement and high pitched voice!!
Her year round birthday cake from Grandma Lori.
A bicycle from Grandpa and Grandma Hansen.
She was scootin' all over the place.
Blowing out her birthday candles.
It is SO cute to listen to her talk to Anna and Elsa.
A Cookie Bouquet came from Auntie Jenny-
Big hit! It was a very fun day celebrating this little sass-a-frass thing. Thank you family for all the birthday phone calls and texts!
Her "friend" party... The Fishs' Qualls and Grady's.
"Do you want to build a snowman?"
My little birthday girl!
Funny thing about me- I despise frosting anything. Like I would rather make 24 pies from scratch then frost a box recipe of 24 cupcakes.
Leslie is out of town with her husband and her mom, whom I adore, was taking care of the kids, and bless her heart, she frosted them for me! Didn't she do an amazing job?!?!?!?
This was Isabel's reaction!! Total shock.
Seriously?!?! Amazing! Thanks again Jeanette. Love you.
Isabel, of course, needed to eat one right away.
Singing Happy Birthday. Isaac really wanted to be the one to hand it to her!
Blowing out the candles!
Present time!
She got a princess hair kit from the Fish fam.
She styled all of our hair that night- Daddy looked very pretty with his heart hair clip!
A birthday cake from the Qualls! She is obsessed with the cakes candles!
Happy Birthday sweet girl! xoxoxo
September 22nd
Halloween decor at Target... She tried a whole bunch on, but these were my favorite!
She surprisingly kept this one on for awhile!
Life keeps going at an incredible speed. Isaac and Isabel are grown up and it's the craziest thing. Yes there are fights and arguments but they really do love each other and can be so tender with one another. It makes my heart melt. Atticus, is missed. Always. Isaac asks a lot of questions about him, "Did Atticus like this Hot Wheels Car?" "What grade is Atticus in?" "Is there school in Heaven?" "What did he get for his birthday?" It makes me happy but hurts the heart too. I am so grateful for our eternal family. And so glad to know that Atticus and baby 4 are up their together. 6 more week until he or she makes an appearance!!!

Lady, I am continually learning more things that we have in common. I LOVE garden tomatoes too! My grandmother used to send them to me in a package as well because I was never in Utah at the right time. She would wrap each tomato in bubble wrap. So funny that you get the same thing. Love you lots!
Hi Cindy,
Where did you get Isabel's adorable ghost costume from Halloween last year? Did you make it? So cute! I am thinking something like that for my daughter would be perfect.
Prayers for your beautiful family!

@koeppen26
Yes I made it. Tutus are so easy. The face I cut out of glitter felt and literally hot glued on!! Easy peasy.
Oh my goodness. That little girl of yours may be the cutest thing I have ever seen. I wish we were closer so she and Remi could be best friends!
