Halloween

Halloween 2008
Atticus' first trip to the pumpkin patch...
...it was exhausting!

His first time carving a pumpkin!
He liked the "goo"
I was so nervous the trick-or-treaters would wake Atticus I stood at the door waiting for them! I also remember that I didn't have any candles except a victoria secret candle, so our doorway smelled very good!

His first "hand-craft"

His first Halloween party at Grandma Lori's

My little buddy!

Halloween 2009
He had inguinal hernia surgery a few days before so we didn't think he would be up for it. We were very wrong! He recovered and was more the ready to get his Halloween on!
Halloween in Waco, TX
My skinny boy!

 Two handsome boys!

Checking out the loot...
...and sharing with Sully!

Halloween 2010
He LOVED carving the pumpkin this year. He and Daddy laughed and laughed. We ordered pizza, went to the park, ate, carved, and had tons of fun! I love his rosy cheeks.

"To infinity. And Beyond!"

Oh, this boy! Man I miss him. He was so excited to be Buzz. He would turn his booty toward you saying that he was "blasting his lazers!"

I choke up with this one..
In battle mode...

Halloween 2011
This year he was all about the carving tools. He wanted a scary pumpkin.
Mission accomplished!
Atticus and Isaac spiders
Our spooky family...

I love his "batman pose"
Ward Trunk-or-Treat
Daddy's work Halloween party
It feels like its been so long sense I've held him. It seems so unreal.

Halloween 2012
Not gonna lie, there hasn't been too much excitement about Halloween this year. Eric and I cried ourselves to sleep last night. It's hard. Hard to find the balance of missing Atticus and needing to be good happy parents for Isaac.

Poor Isaac had a fever yesterday and today (Halloween) so He wasn't feeling up to much trick-or-treating. We did however get his spooky footprint done, but didn't carve pumpkins. He makes the cutest pirate ever!!
I love him SO much. Even on his sick day's this baby is such a sweet heart. He was so cute about his pumpkin bag. He was very excited to hold it. We took him to a handful of houses and he said, "trick-or-treat" to almost each one... seriously so cute. He understood way more than I thought and wanted to go to more houses to get "treats!"
It's weird isn't it. Not having Atticus with us.
 This boy has THE.BEST.CHEEKS.

So, happy halloween. We made it.
