BROKEN BOW, OK
Eric came home from work one day and decided that we needed a weekend getaway. So we recruted the Swap and Hale family and rented a cabin in Oklahoma (only 3 hrs away). We stayed at the Big Bear Lodge and had SO MUCH FUN. Aubrey Atticus and Mannix loved exploring nature, watching the daddy's build a fire, roasting marshmallows, and waking up and going to bed with friends. Once the kiddo's were in bed, the parents played games, ate treats, and talked... well, the moms talked while that dads played video game poker! It was so nice to have a weekend away.
BEAVERS BEND DAM...
The water was freeeezing. The dads were "dunking" the kids who were loving every minute. We rented paddle boats and canoe's with the Swaps and explored the water. TONS OF FUN!

I didn't realize Broken Bow was that close! I hear it really pretty up there...Looks like ya'll had fun!
